هذا الكتاب من أشهر الشروح على مختصر الطليطلي في الفقه المالكي، وقد اقتصر فيه شارحه على الأبواب الفقهية العامة التي تناولها صاحب المختصر، وهي أحكام العبادات من طهارة، وصلاة، وزكاة، وصيام، وحج، وغيره، وبعض أحكام المعاملات مثل: الربا، وبعض أنواع البيع، ملتزماً في ذلك بما هو مقرَّر في المذهب المالكي، حريصاً على تقرير المشهور فيه، والاستدلال بأقوال كبار فقهاء المذهب، ذاكراً القواعد الفقهية والأصولية، وما تقتضيه الصنعة الفقهية، ولم يغفل المؤلف تأصيل المسائل الفقهية المشروحة والاستدلال لها بنصوص الكتاب والسنة. |
| Summary |
This book is among the most famous commentaries of Muḫtaṣar al-Ṭulayṭulī that belongs to the Mālikī school. The author merely illustrates the parts mentioned in the original text which are, the acts of worship, and the financial dealings. He mentions the rulings adopted in the Mālikī doctrine, the sayings of its great scholars, the juridical principles, and all issues related to jurisprudential techniques. He furthermore, demonstrates the jurisprudential founding of all explained issues, with stating the evidence from the Holy Qurʾān and Sunna. |
