كتاب في الفقه المالكي اختصر فيه المؤلف كتاب الفتاوى المسمى "جامع مسائل اﻷحكام لما نزل من القضايا بالمفتين والحُكّام" للإمام أبي القاسم البرزلي، والذي يعتبر مجموع أسئلة اختصرها البرزلي من نوازل ابن رشد وابن الحاج والحاوي لابن عبد النور. وقد سلك الونشريسي في ترتيب وتبويب الكتاب مسلك أغلب جامعي الفتاوى واﻷحكام، حيث رتبه على أبواب الفقه من طهارة وعبادات ومعاملات، ثم اﻷنكحة والطلاق، ثم البيوع والشركات وغير ذلك. وقد أضاف في أول الكتاب بابًا يتعلق بمسائل أحكام الفتوى والمفتين، وألحق به مسائل تتعلق باﻷدعية والوعظ والرقى والطب، وغير ذلك من المتفرقات. |
| Summary |
This book is on the Mālikī jurisprudence. It is a abridgment of abū al-Qāsim al-Burzulī's book "Jāmiʿ masāʾil al-aḥkām li-mā nazala min-al-qaḍāyā bi-l-muftīn wa-l-ḥukkām." The original book is a collection that was concluded by al-Burzulī from earlier books of legal decisions (fatāwā) for ibn Ḥazm, ibn al-Ḥāǧǧ, and the book of al-Ḥāwī for ibn ʿabd al-Nūr. Al-Wanšarīsī followed the usual arrangement style of the fatāwā collectors; starting with the chapters on purity (ṭahāra), acts of worship (ʿibādāt), social transactions (muʿāmalāt), marriage, divorce, then the financial transactions (buyūʿ), etc. He added a preface on the legal issues of the fatwā, and an appendix on the prayers, breaching, healing, and otherṃiscellaneousmiscelaneous topics. |
