كتاب في الفقه الحنبلي، شرح فيه المؤلف كتاب "الفروع" للإمام شمس الدين ابن مفلح، والذي يعتبر من المصادر الرئيسية في فروع الفقه الحنبلي، فهو من أجلّ كتب المذهب وأنفسها، حيث نقل فيه ابن مفلح غالبَ المذهب، حتى أُطلِقَ عليه مكنسة المذهب. وقد شرحه المؤلف شرحا وافيًا، ملتزمًا بنفس ترتيب الكتاب، ففتح مغلقاته، ونشر كنوزه ومكنوناته، وأخرج بدائع فهومه، حتى صارت حاشيته مرجعًا لكثير مما أتى بعده. وكان منهجه أن يذكر أقوال المذاهب في المسألة، وأحيانًا يذكر الأقوال في المذهب الواحد، ويستدرك كثيرًا على ابن مفلح في إحالاته، ويستشهد ببعض القواعد الفقهيّة، ويعزو الحديث أحيانًا إلى راويه ويذكر من خرجه من أصحاب الحديث، ويضيف معلومات وفوائد من عنده، ويُفسِّر الألفاظ اللغويّة التي تحتاج إلى ذلك ويذكر مرجعه في كل ذلك. |
| Summary |
This book is an explanation of the book named al-Furūʿ which is among the most notable books that totally covered issues of Ḥanbalī Jurisprudence. Al-Furūʿis written according to the normal order of jurisprudence books dividing it into parts, chapters and sections. Ibn Naṣr Allāh also adopted same order and division in his explanation, editing and correcting some texts due to differences of manuscripts or else referring to missing parts of text, sometimes mentioning all other three doctrine views or diverse views in one doctrine, setting right some references in al-Furūʿ,occasionally citing juridical principles, ascribing prophetic traditions to narrators,adding useful information, explaining some linguistic terms, and referring to his resources. |
