كتاب فيما على العالم والمتعلم التخلق به من آداب، حلاه المؤلف بالنصوص الشرعية وآثار السلف، الباب الأول: مقدمة في فضل العلم وأهله وشرف العالم ونبله، ثم باب في آداب العالم في نفسه ومع طلبته ودرسه. الباب الثالث: في أدب المتعلم في نفسه، ومع شيخه ورفقته ودرسه. الباب الرابع: في مصاحبة الكتب، وما يتعلق بها من الأدب. الباب الخامس: في أدب سُكنى المدارس، وما يتعلق به من الآداب.

Summary

The author is manual of the proprieties of scholars, teachers and students and the moral code that should be followed by each one of them. The author used Qur'an and prophetic traditions and narrations of the early generations of Muslims in support of the relevant topics. Ch. 1: An introduction to the importance and value of knowledge and the honor of scholars and scientists. Ch. 2: On the proprieties of teachers and the moral code they should follow especially with their students and in his lectures. Ch. 3: On the proprieties of students and the moral code they should follow especially with their teachers and peers. Ch.4: On the manners of using books. Ch. 5. On the manners that should be followed in "Madāris" [Traditional Islamic boarding schools].
